IPL Finals 2016 : RCB vs SRH , SRH won by 8 runs !

On Sunday SRH (Sunrisers Hyderabad) bowlers gave a great performance in death overs in the Final match of IPL 2016 , Beaten the Strong side of RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore) by 8 runs first time in IPL.The real Battle was between SRHs best bowling line-up and RCBs best batting side.The Battle was won by SRH bowlers.Credits goes to Bhuvi (Purple cap holder) and Mustafizur , whose bowling attack in last overs was like a double edged sword.

The Man of the Match was Ben Cutting who hitted 39* runs in 15 balls with ( 3 4s & 4 6s ) also took 2 wickets thereby SRH were capable of putting 208 runs with the loss of 7 wickets.Crucial innings by him.If he wouldn’t played that blazing fast knock then perhaps SRH were not able to reach the 208 runs.

srhSunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) won the toss and opt to bat.Warner didn’t get too much strike in the first couple of overs but in third over he blasted with couple of consecutive boundaries.He scored 69 runs on 38 balls with 8 4s and 3 big 6s.Yuvi also scored 38 runs on 23 balls with with 4 4s and 2 6s.But with the help of Ben Cutting in death overs SRH scored 12, 16 and 24 in the final three overs to finish at 208/7 , their highest total in IPL Finals.They scrored 52 runs in last 3 overs.The most expensive bowler was Shane Watson who gave 61 runs in 4 overs with the economy of 15.25 , Not a good day for him but its game.

RCBRoyal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) chasing was like a sine curve. In first couple of overs they started slowly but gradually Gayle came in form reached the peak of the curve but after Gayle and Kholi’s dismissal graph of RCB reached to the land and they lost (Sine curve followed).Gayle was out of form in previous matches but he came in form at right time.Kholi – Gayle partnership made 114 runs in 10.3 overs.But most runs came from Chris Gyale , kholi scored only 32 runs being a spectator for Gayle’s innings in that partenership.Chris Gayle scored 76 runs in 38 balls with 4 4s & 8 6s before he became Ben Cutting’s first victim.Kholi shown his true colors after Gayle’s wicket.He scored 54 from 35 with  5 4s and 2 6s.It was not a day for AB de Villiers and Watsons in batting.They both got out for trying to hit from start but it was demand to control the runrate.In last over they needed 18 runs but Bhuvi restricted them to 9 runs only and SRH won by 8 runs.

Sunrisers Hyderabad 208-7 in 20.0 Overs (David Warner 69, Yuvraj Singh 38, Ben Cutting 39*, Sreenath Arvind 2-30, Chris Jordan 3-45) beat Royal Challengers Bangalore 200-7 in 20.0 Overs (Chris Gayle 76, Virat Kohli 54, Ben Cutting 2-35) by 8 runs.
